/As many industry experts explore resolutions to address the current affordable housing crisis underway in our country, Madhouse Development has made a little headway in embattling back against that crisis here in our home state. On July 26th the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs awarded the financing required to serve the communities of Corpus Christi and Weslaco with two new developments. Our success was based on the concerted efforts of several organizations, gracious enough to provide us their support in our endeavor to obtain Housing Tax Credits for Avanti at Greenwood an 81 unit community in Corpus Christi, and Avanti Legacy at Sienna Palms, a 114 unit independent senior living community in Weslaco.
