Austin developer to build Bryan apartments

Madhouse Development Services Inc., an Austin developer, has broken ground on a $22 million apartment complex in Bryan, east of Austin.

Though the majority of the 170 units at the Highland Villas complex are designed for independent seniors, 48 units are available to other renters.
