As Development Associate, Alfredo supports new project development, acquisitions, and project feasibility assessments. He began his journey with the company as an intern and has since transitioned to a full-time role. Alfredo has also worked for Keyser Marston Associates (KMA), a real estate economics consulting firm, and Clark Construction, a national general contractor, both based in the Bay Area.

At Clark Construction, he oversaw subcontractor compliance and financial operations for a $123M Department of Energy project, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. At KMA, Alfredo supported managing principals with market studies and economic impact analyses for clients in both public and private sectors, focusing on affordable housing and land use strategies.

Alfredo holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. In his free time, he enjoys reading, staying active through workouts, and playing golf.
